Privacy

This site does not collect, store, or retain any personal data from visitors. No accounts are required, no cookies are used for tracking, and no analytics tools collect personally identifiable information.

The audio transcription service (Whisper) processes audio files in real time. Neither the original audio file nor the resulting transcript is stored, logged, or retained after the transcription is delivered to you. The entire process is ephemeral — the data exists only for the duration of the request.

Because no personal data is retained, the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO rights) under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) are not applicable here. There is no data to access, correct, delete, or oppose.

Standard network infrastructure (such as hosting providers, CDNs, and DNS services) may generate routine logs (e.g., IP addresses, timestamps) as part of their normal operation. These logs are managed by the respective third-party providers and are outside the direct control of the site operator.
